When you sign up for our Residential Energy Savings Agreement (RESA), we visit your home twice a year and perform the required HVAC maintenance check-up that the manufacturer recommends for both your heating and cooling systems You receive enjoy priority same-day service if a failure occurs. You will also get your maintenance service performed at a reduced rate. The maintenance plan does not include filter changes, however, we will change your filters if you have them. We also have filters available for purchase.
